Evaluation of a successful design, includes the assessment of cultural, environmental and economic values. EPD's goals are to find innovative and beautiful solutions to bring cultural and environmental values to every public open space, in consideration of tight budgets that most public projects face. EPD is familiar with the public process. Providing principal level attention during all phases of a project (design, cost projection, bidding assistance, construction observation) adds further value and keeps fees for landscape architectural services at a minimum.
