EPD specializes in water-sensitive design, including storm water management, sustainable, drought tolerant planting design and water conserving irrigation design. Goals are to provide low maintenance, water wise sustainable design, providing maximum curb appeal.
EPD is fluent in all necessary landscape documentation and water budget calculations which will speed up the approval process of local water agencies, City and County requirements.
EPD employs sustainable green building practices and is familiar with The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System provided by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
